What Does the Chamber Do?
We often get asked this question, and we’re excited to share what we're all about! The Glendive Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture is committed to **Building connections that keep our community moving forward**.
As a nonprofit organization, we support and promote our local businesses and nonprofit organizations. It's important to know that we’re not funded through city or county taxes; instead, we thrive through the support of our members and the events we organize throughout the year.
We’re proud to have a dedicated Board of Directors of 9 amazing people, a full-time Executive Director, Tacee DeSaye, and a part-time bookkeeper, Ashley Fulton. Together, we organize 12 events annually, with plans to introduce even more!
Our mission goes beyond events—we advocate for businesses, provide referrals, and serve as the official Visitor Center for Glendive. Through strategic marketing, we promote Glendive as a tourist destination, bringing more people to town to shop, dine, stay, and play at our local businesses. We also keep up a community calendar and share events happening in town, help with ribbon-cutting events, and even help sell tickets for some community organizations.
We’ve made exciting changes to our membership tiers and are thrilled to kick off our **2025 Membership Drive**! Whether you’re looking to grow your business, connect with others, or support local initiatives, there’s a place for you here. Our new tiers are packed with valuable benefits and opportunities for exposure at our top events.
We’re especially eager to connect with our Cornerstone and Investor level members, as we’ll need extra time to implement some of the new benefits.
